About Us

Bart Schroeder, e-PRO
After 20 years developing Information Solutions for a Fortune  500 Technology company, it was time for a change.  So, I retired early and began another career in Real Estate Investing.  A decade later, half of which serving as a licensed realtor, I now manage my own real estate portfolio accumulated using the skills that I now teach to clients.  Consulting, mentoring and negotiating are among my favorite real estate pursuits.  I recently joined the very dynamic team at Your Castle Real Estate (YCRE) in Denver.  YCRE is a trusted source of information for the Denver Post and the source for their on-line neighborhood analysis map. We were ranked the 3rd largest independent brokerage by Denver Business Journal in 2008.  Being locally owned enables a customized approach to the unique needs of our local clients, unlike the big national franchises.   We do this research for one reason – to help clients make the best possible decision.  Approximately 30% of our clients are investors.
Using our proprietary software package, we are able to evaluate all of the properties for sale in a market and determine which 2% represent the best values.   Many clients get 10% or more of “instant equity” when they buy their home, condo or investment property.  Over 200 agents and ten loan officers span the metro region, from Colorado Springs to Boulder.  We have a unique focus on educating our clients about their options so they can make well-informed decisions.
Working together, we can help you find the house of your dreams, or sell the one you have with speed, ease and professionalism. We will demonstrate an extraordinary competence in areas such as:
• using our custom analysis tools and techniques to maximize investment results
• detailed, top notch proprietary market research
•  serving as ferocious advocate on behalf of clients

Most of our clients save thousands using these techniques.  For details, visit the success stories and testimonials pages on my website at www.reinvestgroup.net
